In the ordinary way Inspakt has a usage-based pricing system. But if you have an monthly estimate with your document and signature usage, you can upgrade a committed package to be able to benefit from discounted prices. We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent. Other than these operation related purposes, your data is not shared with anyone.

Although we haven't been audited by an authorized compliancy institution yet, Inspakt keeps all your personal data related to the documents and signatures you create via Inspakt private all the time by public and private key encryption. Inspakt only access geolocation, mobile device data, mobile device access, and push notification information to maintain the security and operation of our app, for troubleshooting and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. The content of your documents is only private and accessible to you and the parties that you share them with.
