The first necessity for a productive and supportive work environment is trust. This starts with everyone in the workplace feeling trusted and believed in as an individual.

Workplace environments where employees feel respected cared for, and valued are more likely to see high productivity levels. This goes beyond the satisfaction of tasks being completed with excellence - ensuring employees can thrive in their work environment with low-stress levels.

Understanding the current stressors in the workplace is essential in leadership and management. Creating a balanced relationship between the employees is the first task. There are many ways to reduce stress in the workplace. One way is providing an environment that does not require employees to "push themselves beyond their physical or emotional limits." Employees will be able to perform at their best by providing a low-stress, healthy work-life balance. This could include offering free time for lunch and breaks, having the option of working from a home office rather than commuting on some days, or scheduling more flexibility into work hours. A team of people who trust each other, feel cared about, and think their contributions are valued will be more productive. They will also experience less stress. Every team member should know what their role is and what the overall purpose of their section is. So that everyone can know their boundaries and they can balance their responsibilities. A well-defined goal sets the foundation for quality interactions among teammates and high morale for the whole company. Understanding your goals will also help you identify whether or not you need to adapt your strategy to achieve them.

Without trust, we wouldn't feel comfortable showing our true selves to others or giving them our time and attention. It is hard for us to build relationships without any initial sense of safety and security, let alone put ourselves out there with vulnerability and honesty.

1. Having enough patience to listen another

‍One way to build and maintain trust at work is by practicing kindness and respect for one another. When we take the opportunity to build respectful relationships, we minimize stress and gossip. This can help you feel more open and discuss things without fear of being judged. A lack of anxiety and stress is linked to feeling happier and more productive at work.

In addition, when we treat others well and take a more empathetic approach rather than being skeptical, work experience becomes more rewarding in the long term. It's essential to take some time to step away from the situation, reflect on your response and consider your approach with a sense of respect and trust in mind.

2. Being open to accepting differences

Another way of ensuring a welcoming environment is to celebrate the diversity of opinions, backgrounds, and styles found throughout the office. Celebrating diversity will not only encourage a positive culture but will also help create a strong team. Accepting differences and living in a diverse environment makes us more open to new experiences. Life is full of surprises, and we can be satisfied when we receive life how it is.

3. Leaving resentments aside and trying to communicate

In a team of different opinions and approaches, people should be able to communicate openly. Listening and valuing what others say is the only way to create valuable ideas. Communication sometimes fails, and that's okay. The crucial task is to try repairing. The effort shows that members contribute to the team with their attitude.

When we address workplace issues constructively, it leads to less tension or anxiety we have to take home. This will lead to less stress and anxiety outside the office, which increases productivity at work and initiates a happier mood in your personal life.

To be trusted starts with trusting others and letting yourself explore what life brings. The future will always change us because the world is constantly transforming. To adapt, we should trust the process and strive to expand trust.
