What is Inspakt?

Inspakt is a trust builder platform in which you can digitalize business operations. It is a great place to manage documentation that requires a trusted relationship. Inspakt specialized in agreements, subscriptions, accident reports, acquittances, declarations, and information documents. 

The idea behind Inspakt was born to manage car rental company needs. Using paper was too slow and storing them in files was very messy. So the idea became to handle inspections as well as documentation without using papers. Inspakt has noticed that other fields of businesses need a management platform. Later on, it evolved to a platform for the service industry needs. Today, it works like magic for hospitality, insurance, logistics, and the automotive industry. The platform includes solutions for all kinds of agreements, inspections, signatures, and more.

How do I sign up for Inspakt?

Users who would like to sign up for Inspakt could visit our website www.inspakt.com or download the mobile app and create their account. Sign up for Inspakt is entirely free.

Is Inspakt free?

Yes, signing up for Inspakt is entirely free of charge. After creating yıur account, you can start creating templates and making documents using free credits in your account.Inspakt’s interface has a user-friendly design. Without coding knowledge, you can manage all the things with the drag and drop components of the editor.

Do free credits have an expiration date?

After you sign up for Inspakt, you will have free credits in your account. These credits are for you to try Inspakt. They don’t have any expiration date. So you can use it whenever you want.

How do I change my account settings?

To change your account settings, you should go to your profile page after logging in to your Inspakt account. Then you may find the settings section on your profile section.

How do I change my profile picture? What should be the size of the image?

To add a new picture or change your profile picture, you should go to your profile page. Under the personal settings section, you will find the profile picture settings to change the photo. The ideal size of the image should be 400 x 400 px and in JPEG format.

How do I reset my password?

If you can’t log in to Inspakt with your password, you can click on the “I forgot my password” button to reset your password. Then, you will receive an email from Inspakt. You can follow the directions in that email to reset your password and create a new one.

What is workspace and organization in Inspakt?

Workspace and organization are two ways to use Inspakt. They are designed to provide better solutions for your needs either as a single user or a team of users.
Workspace can be created and used by any group of people. They don’t need to use a company domain common. It is suitable for personal use and small teams.
Organization is created with a company domain name in common. All company employees can organize their operations and cooperate in one platform. You can create different teams in an organization to collaborate. You can also add people from outside of the company as guests to work together in the organization.

How do I create a Workspace or an Organization in Inspakt?

Inspakt would automatically create a workspace or an organization space based on the email address you have used to sign up to Inspakt.
If you use a personal email address, Inspakt will ask you to create a Workspace for your personal use. You can personalize the Workspace by giving a name and adding other people to it, and then you can start managing your needs.
Suppose you use an email address connected to a company domain name. In that case, Inspakt will ask you to create an Organization space or get involved with the existing organization account started already. Assume you are the first to sign up to Inspakt for your company. In that case, you can create an organization space by naming, adding information about the organization, generating the first team, and inviting colleagues to join. If you enter an organization, you should choose the team to join or create a new organization.

Can I create and join more than one organization or workspace using the same email address?

If you signed up in Inspakt with your company email address, you could join the organization that has been created before. If you are using Inspakt with your company email address, you may participate in only one organization space. You can join the teams under your organization or create new teams.
If you use a personal email address for Inspakt, you can create a Workspace for personal use. However, you may not create more than one Workspace or Organization with one email address.

May I invite other people to my Workspace in Inspakt?

Yes, you may invite other people to your Workspace. After signing up to Inspakt with a personal email address, you will have a Workspace in Inspakt. You can invite other people to collaborate with them. Workspace is designed for personal use and small teams. For this reason, there is no structure like in Organization.

How does Inspakt work?

Users in Inspakt may decide which information they would like to collect from their customers and edit templates accordingly. In addition, Inspakt has a drag-and-drop interface so that you would not need any prior coding knowledge to create your templates. 
PDF Design feature will allow you to design your documents in the best way to represent your brand. If you change your mind on any details afterward, you can also re-design previous elements.
Feel safe with the Inspection feature. You can record the situation of your assets as a report or a document in any kind of incidence like an accident, rental process, moving in or moving out, or deliveries. Inspakt always saves the geolocation of the person filling out the document. It also adds a timestamp to the pictures that have been shot in the Inspakt app. So that you may avoid any frauds or complicated situations that might happen in the future. 
Digital Biometric Signature legalizes your agreements, applies the relevant rules, and makes them signed documents.

What is a template? How do I create a template?

Templates are the non-filled drafts for creating documents. You can prepare templates by adding the information fields, and then either you can fill out or send them to your customers to collect information. Inspakt offers many existing templates for different uses; you can search and use any of them. With the easy drag-and-drop editor, you can also create new templates for your needs.

What is a document? How do I create a document?

Documents are the templates sent to be filled out or filled out already. You can fill out a document via Inspakt mobile apps or send it to other parties to get it filled out by the Remote Doc feature directly to their mobile device as an SMS or email link.

What are the types of documents?

There are two types of documents in Inspakt: Basic Documents and Remote Documents. The difference between these two types of documents is how you fill out and create them. You use the Inspakt mobile application to fill out the information fields for basic documents. If you send a template to someone else through SMS or e-mail as a link, you would have a Remote Document when they finalize the fields. In a nutshell, if a document is filled in Inspakt mobile application, it is a basic document. If sent and filled out a remote document in a web browser other than the Inspakt mobile application.

What is a Remote Document, and how does it work?

To make a document, you need to send a template with added fields to collect information from customers. The person you sent a template may fill out the document using the link received via SMS or e-mail. They don’t need to sign up or download the Inspakt mobile application in this process. This process of finalizing the document remotely is called Remote Documents.

Where do you store my documents?

Your documents are kept in Inspakt. You may access all of your documents under the Documents section on the Home page. It does not matter either you are a part of an Organization or Workspace in Inspakt.

How do I search for Templates?

Templates section on the Home page, you may access all of the templates you have created. You may also sort them according to their creation date or template type.

Can other people see my templates?

If you use Inspakt as a part of an Organization, the other users in the same Organization can see your templates when you make your templates visible. However, the other users in your team can see your templates without sharing with them. 
Anyone invited in could see all your templates if you use a Workspace.
